Evaluation Period definition

Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);
Evaluation Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.
Evaluation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(r).

Examples of Evaluation Period in a sentence

  • This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date and will remain in force until: (i) expiry of the Evaluation Period in accordance with Clause 2.1 above; or (ii) the end of the term specified in a Product Order Form (as applicable the “Term”).

  • ZEISS shall provide and deliver the Product(s) to Customer’s site at no charge to Customer during the Evaluation Period, as hereinafter defined.

  • Title to the Product shall at all times remain with ZEISS during the Evaluation Period.

More Definitions of Evaluation Period

Evaluation Period has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Existing Capacity has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Expansion has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Expert has the meaning given in clause 28.3. Expiry Date means the latest Train Service Expiry Date under this Agreement.
Evaluation Period means the three-year period beginning immediately after the end of the retro policy year. Annual evaluations will occur three times during the evaluation period at twelve, twenty-four, and thirty-six months after the end of the retro policy year.
Evaluation Period means the period from and including the Trade Date to and including the Maturity Date;
