Distributor warrants that it does not promote or sell, directly or indirectly, any Competing Products as of the Effective Date.
Non-Competition: The Licensee acknowledges that they are not now and do not plan to develop Competing Products.
Without limiting my obligations under Sections 2 and 5 of this Agreement, I agree that, during the Restricted Period, I will not directly or indirectly, on behalf of myself or in conjunction with any other person, company, or entity: (a) solicit or participate in soliciting any Restricted Customer for Competing Products; or (b) offer, provide, or sell or participate in offering, providing, or selling Competing Products to a Restricted Customer.
