Licensed Products definition

Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

• With 10 days’ written notice to you, we or our designated third party may verify your compliance with this Agreement at all locations and for all environments in which you use the Licensed Products.

• As long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement, we will grant a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, license to access and use the Licensed Products during the Term.
