Canadian Security Documents definition

Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Québec Hypothec and any other Loan Document that grants or purports to xxxxx x Xxxx on any Canadian Collateral.
Canadian Security Documents means, collectively, the Canadian Guarantee and Security Agreement, the Canadian Trademark Security Agreement, and the Quebec Security Documents, if any, or any documents, instruments or agreements entered into now or in the future, by Parent or any of their Subsidiaries and any member of the Lender Group in connection with the Canadian Guarantee and Security Agreement.
Canadian Security Documents means the General Security Agreement, Mortgages, and the deed of hypothec charging the universality of moveable property, in each case granted by the Canadian Borrower and each other Canadian Loan Party in favor of the Canadian Agent.

Canadian Security Documents means, collectively, (a) the Canadian Guarantee, (b) the Canadian Pledge Agreements, (c) the Canadian Security Agreement, and the Canadian Hypothecs, if any, with respect to collateral located in Quebec, (d) any Mortgage or Canadian Hypothec, if applicable, over Mortgaged Property of a Canadian Subsidiary and (e) any security document entered into by a Canadian Subsidiary pursuant to Section 9.11 or 9.12.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement and any other agreements entered into by Foamex Canada pursuant to which the Administrative Agent has been granted a Lien to secure any of the Obligations.
Canadian Security Documents means all security agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement and granted by any Foreign Subsidiary Loan Party incorporated under the laws of Canada or any province thereof and all confirmations and acknowledgements thereof, including (a) general security agreements, (b) debentures, (c) intellectual property security agreements and (d) the Quebec Documents.
Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, any share pledge agreement governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.
Canadian Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined under the Canadian Credit Agreement.
