Allocation Percentage definition

Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction:

Allocation Percentage means, with respect to Caterpillar or CFSC at any time, such Borrower’s Allocation at such time divided by the Total Commitment at such time.

Allocation Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

More Definitions of Allocation Percentage

Allocation Percentage means, for any Person, with respect to a Person’s Joint Venture Subsidiary, the percentage ownership interest of such Person in such Joint Venture Subsidiary.

Allocation Percentage means a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of Preferred Shares issued to a Holder on the Initial Issuance Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of all the Preferred Shares issued on the Initial Issuance Date.
