Early Redemption Period definition

Early Redemption Period means, with respect to the Series 2004-A Notes, the period from and including the date on which an Early Redemption Event occurs to but excluding the earlier of (i) the Series 2004-A Termination Date and (ii) if such Early Redemption Period has commenced before the scheduled termination of the Revolving Period, the day on which the Revolving Period recommences pursuant to Section 4.01.
Early Redemption Period means the period commencing at the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the day on which an Early Redemption Event with respect to Series 2017-One is deemed to have occurred, and ending on the first to occur of (a) the payment in full of the Note Principal Balance or (b) the Stated Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Early Redemption Period

Early Redemption Period means the period commencing at the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the day on which an Early Redemption Event with respect to Series 2014-I occurs, and ending on the Series Termination Date.
