Common use of Term Loan Clause in Contracts

Term Loan. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of: (A) 0.25% above the Prime Rate then in effect; or (B) 5.00%.

Term Loan. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance Daily Balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of: two and one half percent (A2.5%) 0.25% above the Prime Rate then in effect; or (B) 5.00%Rate.

Term Loan. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan Loan(s) shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of: (A) 0.25% above the Prime Rate then in effect; or and (B) 5.004.75%.

Term Loan. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of: (A) 0.250.50% above the Prime Rate then in effect; or (B) 5.004.50%.

Term Loan. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate per annum equal to the greater of: (A) 0.250.50% above the Prime Rate then in effect; or (B) 5.00%Rate.

Term Loan. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b2.2(b), the Term Loan shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, at a variable annual rate equal to the greater of: (A) 0.250.95% above the Prime Rate then in effect; or (B) 5.00%Rate.
