Common use of Section 4.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.5. 13 The president of the Association and his designated representatives will be provided time off without 14 loss of pay to an aggregate total maximum of six (6) days per year to attend regional or state meetings 15 when the purpose of those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District

Section 4.5. 13 16 The president President of the Association and his designated representatives will be provided time off without 14 loss 17 of pay to an aggregate total a maximum of six ten (610) days per year to attend regional or state State meetings 15 when the purpose 18 of those meetings is in the best interest interests of the District as determined by the DistrictDistrict administration; the 19 association shall reimburse the District for the cost of substitutes if needed and any other cost 20 associated with the Association activity. There will be no punitive actions on evaluations or negative 21 verbal or written repercussions for the use of time off as provided in this section.

Section 4.5. 13 26 The president of the Association and his designated representatives will be provided time off without 14 27 loss of pay to an aggregate total maximum of six (6) days per year to attend regional or state meetings 15 28 when the purpose of those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District
