Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

(a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of Section I of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following prior review procedures shall apply:

With respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part B.1 above and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
