Payroll Deduction Plans. The District and the Association agree to study any additional payroll deduction plans which the Association desires to implement at a time mutually agreeable to both parties, if such plans can be handled on existing equipment in the District, in an economical manner, and are legally permissible. No payroll deduction initiated by an employee shall be processed in an amount less than one dollar ($1.00) per check.

Payroll Deduction Plans. Upon appropriate written authorization from the bargaining unit member, the Employer shall deduct from the salary of any such bargaining unit member and make appropriate remittance for tax-deferred annuities, credit union, MEA -PAC/NEA-PAC contributions or any other plans or programs jointly approved by the Association and Employer.
Payroll Deduction Plans. The Board of Education will make available to the teaching faculty the opportunity to participate in a reasonable number of tax sheltered annuity plans offered by companies empowered to offer such plans in the State of New York. In addition, two tax sheltered bond plans will be made available with the approval of the District. A list of current plans will be made available each year.

  • PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF DUES 4.1: On receipt of a lawfully executed written authorization from an employee, on a form approved by the City’s Director, General Accounting Division, the City will deduct each pay period from the employee’s pay, the amount specified by said employee, but not less than regular dues.
