Common use of Other Collateral Clause in Contracts

Other Collateral. Grant to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of all Secured Parties, Liens and assignments on all other assets and properties of the Loan Parties pursuant to the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement that are not described in subsection (i) of Section 4.01 and not completed prior to the Closing Date, and take all such actions reasonably required by the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent to perfect each such Lien and assignment;

Other Collateral. Grant to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of all Secured Parties, Liens and assignments on all other assets and properties of the Loan Parties pursuant to the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement that are not described in subsection (i) of Section 4.01 and not completed prior to the Closing Acquisition Effective Date, and take all such actions reasonably required by the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent to perfect each such Lien and assignment;

Other Collateral. Grant to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of all Secured Parties, Liens and assignments on all other assets and properties of the Loan Parties pursuant to the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement that are not described in subsection (i) of Section 4.01 4.02 and not completed prior to the Closing Initial Draw Date, and take all such actions reasonably required by the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent to perfect each such Lien and assignment;

Other Collateral. Grant to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of all Secured Parties, Liens and assignments on all other assets and properties of the Loan Parties pursuant to the Collateral and Guarantee Guaranty Requirement that are not described in subsection (i) of Section 4.01 4.02 and not completed prior to the Closing Draw Date, and take all such actions reasonably required by the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent to perfect each such Lien and assignment;
