OPBA REPRESENTATION. A. A representative of the OPBA shall be admitted to non-secure areas of the Employer’s facilities for the purpose of processing grievances or attending meetings as permitted herein so long as the representative’s activities do not interfere with the work duties of Employees. Upon arrival, the OPBA representative shall contact the Employer or the Employer’s designee.

OPBA REPRESENTATION. Section 20.1 A non-employee representative of the OPBA shall be admitted on the City's premises (in non-secured areas) for the purposes of processing grievances, pursuant to Article XVII, Grievance Procedure, attending meetings, or for monitoring the administration of this Agreement.
