Notice to the Employer. The Union shall furnish to the Appointing Authority and the State Employer in writing the names and jurisdictional areas of Chief Stewards, Stewards, and Alternate Stewards within sixty (60) days after the effective date of this Agreement. Any jurisdictional area changes, or changes in the above listing of Chief Stewards, Stewards, and Alternate Stewards shall be forwarded to the Appointing Authority and the State Employer by the Union in writing as soon as such changes are made operational.
Notice to the Employer. The Union will furnish the Employer with the names of its Chief Xxxxxxx, Stewards, Alternate Stewards, and Officers who are employed within the unit and the changes as they may occur from time to time in such personnel so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of the individual representative of the Union with which it may be dealing.

No later than 15 (fifteen) days after the date of this Agreement, the Contractor shall by notice furnish to the Employer, in reasonable detail, information in respect of the insurances that it proposes to effect and maintain in accordance with this Article 20. Within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of such notice, the Employer may require the Contractor to effect and maintain such other insurances as may be necessary pursuant hereto, and in the event of any difference or disagreement relating to any such insurance, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Notice to the Employer. Employees must notify their designated supervisor prior to the commencement of jury service and, if the period of service is for longer than one week, they shall be required to report by telephone to their supervisor at the end of each week of jury duty.

In addition, if the member would need additional time off for funeral leave, the member may request this additional time off in writing to the Chief of Police.
