Military Reserve Training. In accordance with State and Federal laws, any employee who is a member of any reserve component of the military forces of the United States required by official military orders or related authority to attend Military Reserve Training shall receive full wages at their current base pay rate for the period of the active duty required for such training not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year.
Military Reserve Training. A leave of absence will be granted for employees subject to Iowa Code 29A.28(1)(a) for required training purposes, but not for a period exceeding a total of thirty (30) days in any calendar year. Leaves for training purposes are granted without loss of pay, but employees are expected to take such training during the times when school is not in session whenever possible.
Military Reserve Training. In accordance with Minn. Stat. 192.26, up to fifteen (15) working days leave per calendar year shall be granted to members of the National Guard or military or naval reserves of the United States or of the State of Minnesota who are ordered or authorized by the appropriate authorities to engage in training or active service. The employee shall make every reasonable effort to promptly inform the Appointing Authority of the dates of duty upon receiving any notification of duty. Such notice must occur within three (3) calendar days of the employee’s knowledge of the need for the leave.
Military Reserve Training. Employees shall be entitled to leave of absence with pay for service in the armed forces of the United States or the State of Minnesota as now or hereafter authorized by law. (M.S. 192.26).
Military Reserve Training. (a) Any regular employee (not probationary) may be granted a special leave of absence for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) days, plus a reasonable period to cover travel time, when required for the purpose of engaging in a training program for Enlisted Reserve, Reserve Officers, or National Guard Encampment, provided:
Military Reserve Training. 30.6.1 If a regular employee is a member of the National Guard, Air National Guard, or of a reserve component and is subject to annual training duty, he will be paid the difference between his military pay (including all allowances) and Company base pay (if the latter is greater) for a period of not more than two (2) weeks in any one calendar year in which he performs such training duty. However, if an employee performs annual training duty and receives no military pay, he will be paid a maximum of one (1) weeks pay by the Company in any one calendar year.
Military Reserve Training. 6.1 If a regular employee is a member of the National Guard, Air National Guard, or of a reserve component and is subject to annual training duty, he will be paid the difference between his military pay (including all allowances) and Company base pay (if the latter is greater) for a period of not more than two (2) weeks in any one calendar year in which he performs such training duty. However, if an employee performs annual training duty and receives no military pay, he will be paid a maximum of one (1) weeks pay by the Company in any one calendar year.
Military Reserve Training. An employee who is in the military reserves will be allowed up to two (2) consecutive weeks' excused absence per year to participate in required military training. An employee who has completed a year's service may elect to use his or her accrued vacation for the military leave and retain both his vacation and military pay, or he or she may take a paid military leave, in which case, he or she must turn over to the University the military base and longevity pay in exchange for regular straight-time pay for his scheduled work hours lost during the period of active duty training. Employees who must be absent for military training must give their supervisors as much advance notice as possible. The employee will provide his or her supervisor with a copy of the military orders. Any employee whose training period extends beyond three (3) workweeks will be placed on unpaid leave for any time not covered by vacation, personal holiday time, or paid military leave.
Military Reserve Training. Regular full-time employees who attend military reserve training in the U.S. Armed Forces will be paid the difference, if any, between the total pay they receive from the government for the 14-day tour of duty and their basic wage rate for 10 workdays, provided the military pay is the lower of the two. This payment will not exceed 10 days in any calendar year. For the purpose of this contract, "Armed Forces" shall include the Army, the Air Force, the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Coast Guard, and the National Guard. Proof of pay received for reserve training must be provided to the Company.
Military Reserve Training. Employees who are members of the Ohio National Guard, the Ohio Defense Corp., the Ohio Naval Militia, or members of other reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States are entitled to leave of absence from their duties at the College without loss of pay for such time as they are in the military service, on field training, or active duties for periods not to exceed thirty‐one (31) days in any one calendar year.
