Logical Framework. The application should include a consistent logical framework (LogFrame), clearly identifying the impact or objectives your grant project will achieve. A LogFrame is in essence a cause and effect matrix where inputs lead to outputs. Outputs lead to specific objectives, which in turn lead to overall objectives. The format for this matrix is presented in annex B. The LogFrame of your grant application should present the key elements of your development intervention and their interrelationships (intervention logic). Besides, your LogFrame should identify the inputs and outputs the project or program will deliver to enable achievement of the proposed objectives. In all, objectively verifiable (measurable and/or tangible) indicators need to be stated as to measure achievement of your targets. When assessing the LogFrame, the evaluators will assess the quality of the LogFrame, the extent to which objectives, results, activities and inputs are logically interconnected.

The interim report should follow this logical framework for the project. Achievements by 31 January 2010 and activities to be undertaken thereafter are given in annex I. Logical Framework. At the time of this evaluation, the original logical framework presented in the annual reports of 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 was available, so the logical framework analysis was performed based on these reports. The logical framework of the Conservation Agreements Project has coherence between its activities, results, purpose and goal. Most indicators were defined in a quantifiable and measurable way in time, however, some have not been quantified at the end of this report because the final WCS report is under elaboration, so it is not possible to measure its scope with respect to a baseline or quantity expected, and thus determine if they were achieved wholly or partly with respect to its initial state, although the observed tendency in all indicators is they will be successfully fulfilled at the lend of the project period.
