If performance of the Agreement is interrupted because of a strike or work stoppage at Our place of business, the effective period of the Agreement shall be extended for the period of the strike or work stoppage. If we cancel this Agreement, no cancellation fee will be imposed and no deduction for claims paid will be applied. If You are paying for your Agreement on a monthly basis, We may not deny service to You for non-payment of the monthly fee; however, upon fifteen (15) days' notice of such non-payment by You, Your Agreement will be cancelled. The notice of cancellation will include the reason and the effective date of cancellation. Section (I.) General Provisions # 3, is replaced with the following: Transfers: This Agreement is transferable to a new owner of the existing address for a one-time $25 transfer fee.
