Common use of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all accrued but unpaid interest and fees payable under the Existing Credit Agreement have been, or concurrently with the effectiveness hereof will be, paid in full.

Existing Credit Agreement. Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all accrued but unpaid interest and fees payable accrued under the Existing Credit Agreement through the Effective Date and all other fees, expenses and other charges outstanding thereunder (including any amounts due under the Existing Credit Agreement arising as a result of the termination of all interest periods thereunder on the Effective Date) shall have been, or concurrently with the effectiveness hereof will be, paid in fullbeen paid.
