Evidence of Survival. We may require proof that the Annuitant on whose life the Annuity Payment is based is alive when each payment is due.
Evidence of Survival. LNY has the right to ask for proof that the Annuitant(s) on whose life (or lives) the payment is based is alive when each payment is due.
Evidence of Survival. We may require proof that any Annuitant under a life-contingent Annuity option is living.
Evidence of Survival. Before SBL makes a payment, it has the right to require proof of the life or death of any person whose life or death determines whether, or to whom, or how much SBL must pay under this Contract. INCONTESTABILITY SBL will not contest the validity of this Contract.

Evidence of Survival. (a) When a benefit payment is contingent upon the survival of any person, evidence of such person’s survival must be furnished to the Company at its Home Office, upon request by the Company and in a manner satisfactory to the Company. If the Company does not receive such satisfactory evidence within 30 days of the date of the Company’s request, the Company reserves the right to suspend benefit payments until such time as satisfactory evidence is received.

Evidence of Survival. MassMutual has the right to require satisfactory evidence that any person entitled to receive an annuity payment under this Agreement is alive on each date payment is due. MassMutual may withhold payments until it receives satisfactory evidence.
Evidence of Survival. Where any payments under this Contract depend on a person being alive on a given date, the Company may require proof that such person is living. Such proof may be required before making Income Payments.
