Common use of Duration Clause in Contracts

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 This agreement will be effective as of July 1,2021, and will continue to be in effect until the 30th day of June, 2024. This Agreement shall will not be effective from April 1, 2020, extended orally and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter from year it is expressly understood that it will expire on the date indicated. If neither party gives written notice to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than the other of a desire to reopen this agreement at least ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing prior to the other party to terminate expiration date, this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofagreement will automatically be extended for one (1) additional year.

Duration. 42.01 2.01 This Agreement shall will be effective from April for a term commencing on September 1, 20202014, and ending on August 31, 2017, and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter continue from year to year, but year thereafter unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give gives notice in writing to the other party not more than one hundred and fifty (150) days prior to the expiry date hereof that party's intention to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofrevisions thereto. Duration. 42.01 32.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from April 1, 2020, on the date hereof and shall remain in force effect until March 31, 2025the 30th day of April 2013, and thereafter shall contin- ue in force from year to yearyear thereafter, but unless either party mayshall furnish the other with notice of termination of or proposed revision of this Agreement, not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days and not less than thirty sixty (30) days nor more than ninety (9060) days before the expiry date 30th day of this April 2013, or in a like period in any year thereafter. 37 Master Portion - Utility Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 40.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1August 26, 2020, 2019 and shall remain in force effect until March 31August 25, 2025, 2022 and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date or the anniversary of this Agreementsuch expiry date from year to year thereafter, give notice in writing to the other party of a desire to terminate this Agreement or Agreement, which notice may include a notice to negotiate a revision or renewal thereof.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April take effect January 1, 20202019, and shall remain in full force and effect until March and including December 31, 2025, and thereafter 2021. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to yearyear unless the party desiring to open negotiations submits to the other party in writing its intent on or before the 1st day of July, but either party may2021, not less than or any succeeding effective year of this Agreement. An initial meeting of the parties shall be held within thirty (30) days nor more of the filing of any request, but not later than ninety (90) days before the expiry date August 1 of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofany effective year.

Duration. 42.01 21.01 This Agreement shall will be effective in effect from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force 2018 until March 3131st, 2025, 2020 and will continue automatically for periods of one (1) year each thereafter from year to year, but unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than notifies the other in writing during the period of ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry expiration date of its desire to amend or terminate this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 37.1 This Agreement agreement shall be effective from April May 1, 20202019 through April 30, 2022 and shall remain continue in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) year thereafter unless in any year within 90 days nor more than ninety (90) days before of the expiry date BODY OF AGREEMENT date, either Party shall advise the other in writing of its desire to amend this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 30.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31from May 1, 20252018 to April 30, 2021 and thereafter shall continue in force from year to yearyear thereafter unless in any year not more than one hundred and eighty (180) days, but either party may, and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days days, before the expiry date of its termination, either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 44.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April January 1, 20202018, and shall remain in force until March December 31, 20252021, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 45.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1July 1st, 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31June 30th, 20252024, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 29.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31from May 1, 20252012 to April 30, 2015 and thereafter shall continue in force from year to yearyear thereafter unless in any year not more than one hundred and eighty (180) days, but either party may, and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days days, before the expiry date of its termination, either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 38.01 This Agreement agreement shall be effective in effect from April 11st, 2020, 2020 until the 31st of March 2023 and shall remain continue to be in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to year, but thereafter, unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than serves notice in writing within ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry date date, of this Agreement, give notice in writing its desire to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofmake amendments.

Duration. 42.01 19.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from April 1on September 14, 2020, 2020 and shall remain or continue in force effect until March 31the 30th day of June, 2025. Should either party desire to change, and thereafter amend, or terminate this Agreement after that date, the party concerned agrees to give the other party not less than sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the termination date of this Agreement. In the event no such notice is given in time by either party, this Agreement shall remain in effect from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from April 1on August 16, 2020, 2019 and shall remain continue in full force until March 31and effect through August 15, 20252022. Not less than sixty (60) days prior to August 15, and thereafter from year to year2022, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, may give notice in writing to the other party of its desire to terminate modify this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofAgreement. After receipt of such notice, negotiations shall commence.

Duration. 42.01 47.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April July 1, 20202018, and shall remain in force until March 31June 30, 20252022, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 §1 This Agreement shall be become effective from April on January 1, 2020, 2016 and shall remain in full force until March 31and effect through June 30, 2025, and thereafter from year 2020. Either party desiring changes or amendments of this Agreement prior to year, but either the expiration of same shall give the other party may, notice in writing not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing immediately prior to the other party to terminate expiration of this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofany extension thereof specifying that changes or amendments are desired; otherwise the Agreement renews itself for yearly periods without change.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April May 1, 2020, 2013 and shall remain in effect until the 30th day of April, 2016 and shall continue in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to year, but either party may, year there- after unless in any year not more than 90 days and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) 60 days before the expiry date of its termination either party shall furnish the other with written notice of their desire to terminate or amend this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 ‌ This Agreement shall be become effective from April on July 1, 2020, 2021 and shall remain in full force and effect until March 31midnight June 30, 2025, and thereafter from year 2024. If prior to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry termination date of this Agreement either party wishes to negotiate revisions to this Agreement, give notice in writing to such party must serve upon the other party written notice of such intent at least sixty (60) days prior to terminate the termination of this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofAgreement.

Duration. 42.01 22.01 This Agreement shall be effective in effect from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31, 20252024, and shall continue automatically thereafter from for periods of one (1) year to year, but unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than notifies the other in writing within ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing prior to the other party expiration date that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofthe Agreement.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April January 1, 20202018, and shall remain in force until March and effect up to December 31, 20252021, and thereafter from year to yearyear thereafter, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) sixty days nor more than ninety (90) days before one hundred and twenty prior to the expiry date of this Agreementhereof, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof. Notwithstanding the above, with the consent of the parties, negotiations for a new agreement may commence six months prior to the expiration of the current contract.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, 2018 and shall remain in force effect until March 31, 2025, . 2021 and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty subject to a one hundred and twenty (30120) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give day notice in writing to the other by either party to terminate this Agreement to revise, amend, or to negotiate a revision thereofterminate it.

Duration. 42.01 21.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, 2003 and shall remain continue in full force until and effect up to and including March 31, 20252007. The Agreement shall automatically continue thereafter for periods of one year unless, and thereafter from year to year, but either party maydesires to modify or amend this Agreement, it shall give the other party notice, in writing, not less than thirty (30) days nor more earlier than ninety (90) calendar days before prior to the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 38.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from April 1on the 1st day of February, 2020, 2006 and shall remain in full force and effect until March expiry on January 31, 20252010 and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (l) year each, and thereafter from year to year, but unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to notifies the other party to terminate this Agreement or in writing as provided in Article 24.02 (a) hereof of its desire to negotiate a revision thereofamendments to this Agreement.

Duration. 42.01 This All provisions of this Agreement shall be effective from April 1as of June 27, 20202021, and shall remain in force effect for a period of three (3) years, until March 31June 22, 20252024, and shall continue thereafter from year to yearfor successive periods of 12 months, but unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of to this Agreement, give notice in writing on or before 90 calendar days prior to the expiration of such period, notifies the other party in writing of its intention to terminate this Agreement or to amend any terms thereof. Upon the delivery of such notice, the parties shall meet at reasonable times to negotiate a revision thereofnew Agreement.

Duration. 42.01 30.1 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force until March 31from May 1, 20252021 to April 30, 2024 and thereafter shall continue in force from year to yearyear thereafter unless in any year not more than one hundred and eighty (180) days, but either party may, and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days days, before the expiry date of its termination, either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 37.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until March 31the 31st day of March, 2025, and shall automatically continue in effect thereafter from for annual periods of one year to year, but unless either party maynotifies the other, in writing, not less than thirty sixty (3060) days nor and not more than ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry expiration date of this its desire to amend or terminate the Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 26.01 This Agreement shall be effective in effect from April 1, 2020, and shall remain in force 2019 until March 31, 2025, 2024 and thereafter from year to year, but unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give gives notice in writing to the other party to terminate the terms of this Agreement Agreement, that amendments are required, or that the party intends terminating the Agreement, then it shall automatically continue in effect until March 31, 2024 and from year to negotiate a revision thereofyear thereafter.

Duration. 42.01 29.1 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1February 25, 20202022, and through February 28, 2025. This Agreement shall remain in full force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to year, but year thereafter unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than shall notify the party in writing at least ninety (90) days before the expiry date prior to February 28, 2025, or February 28 of any year thereafter, of its intention to change, modify, or terminate this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 27.1 This Agreement shall be effective in full force and effect from April June 1, 20202019 , to and including May 31, 2022 and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter continue from year to year, but year thereafter unless written notice or desire to cancel or terminate the Agreement is served by either party may, upon the other not less than thirty sixty (3060) days nor and not more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date prior to May 31, 2022, or May 31st of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofany subsequent contract year.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April July 1, 20202019 , and shall remain in full force and effect, until March 31June 30, 20252021 , and thereafter shall continue in force from year to yearyear thereafter except by written notice given by either party at least sixty (60) days, but either party maynot more than ninety (90) days, prior to June 30, 2021 , or at least sixty (60) days, but not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before prior to June 30 , of any year thereafter, either party may notify the expiry date other of its desire to amend, modify or terminate this Agreement. Duration. 42.01 26.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 20202014 until March 31, 2017, and thereafter shall be automatically renewed and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter from year to yearyear from its expiration date unless, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than within the period of ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this AgreementAgreement ceases to operate, either party may give notice in writing to the other party of its desire to terminate bargain with a view to the renewal, with or without modification, of this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofAgreement.

Duration. 42.01 23.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April July 1, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until March 31June 30, 20252023, and thereafter from year to year, but year thereafter unless notice of intention to terminate or amend this agreement is given by either party may, not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date termination of the said Agreement. Duration. 42.01 18.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from April 1on August 24, 2020, 2018 and shall remain or continue in force effect until March 31the 30th day of June, 20252020. Should either Party desire to change, and thereafter amend, or terminate this Agreement after that date, the Party concerned agrees to give the other Party not less than sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the termination date of this Agreement. In the event no such notice is given in time by either Party, this Agreement shall remain in effect from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 Section 21.1 This Agreement shall be supersedes any prior agreements and will become effective from April 1as of October 20, 2020, 2021 and shall remain will continue in force effect until March 31midnight June 30, 2025, and will continue thereafter from year to yearyear unless written notice of desire to terminate or modify the Agreement is given by either party, but either party maythe Union or the Employer, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party no more than 90 days nor less than 60 days prior to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofthe expiration date of the Agreement.

Duration. 42.01 25.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1continue in effect until March 31, 2020, 2018 and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to year, but year thereafter unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than gives the other party written notice of its desire to bargain for amendments within ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry date of this Agreementthe collective agreement. Whereupon the parties shall mutually agree to meet within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such notice in writing to for the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate purpose of negotiating a revision thereofnew agreement.

Duration. 42.01 This 27.01 Agreement shall to be effective from April 1, 2020, 2002 and shall remain continue in force effect until and including March 31, 20252007 and, and thereafter from year to year, but unless either party maynotifies the other party, in writing, during a period of not more than ninety (90) and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry date 31st day of this March 2007, or any succeeding anniversary date, of its desire to terminate or amend the Agreement, give notice then it shall continue in writing effect from year to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofyear thereafter.

Duration. 42.01 23.1 This Agreement agreement shall be become effective from April on May 1, 2020, 2013 and such agreement shall remain in force effect until March 31April 30, 20252016, and thereafter from year to year, but year thereafter unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give gives notice in writing to the other party within the ninety (90) day period prior to the expiry date of its desire to alter or terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofsame.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement THIS AGREEMENT shall supersede and replace all previous agreements between the parties hereto and shall be effective in effect from April January 1, 20202019, to , expiring at 12:01am, and shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to yearyear thereafter, but unless either party maynotifies the other, not less than in writing, at least thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry expiration date of its intention to change, modify or terminate this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective in full force and effect from April 1March 30, 20202016 to and including March 30, and 2019. Either party desiring to terminate or modify this Agreement shall remain in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give written notice in writing thereof to the other party at least sixty (60) days prior to March 30, 2019. In the absence of such timely notice, this Agreement shall thereafter remain in effect until sixty (60) days following receipt of written notice from either party to terminate or modify this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofAgreement.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April as of January 1, 2020, 2021 and shall remain in full force until March and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter 2022. It shall renew from year to yearyear thereafter, but unless either party may, shall notify the other in writing that it desires to modify this Agreement not less than thirty (30) days nor more later than ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry expiration date of the Agreement. If such notice is given, negotiations shall begin not less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 37.1 This Agreement agreement shall be effective from April May 1, 20202004 through April 30, 2007 and shall remain continue in force until March 31, 2025, and thereafter effect from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) year thereafter unless in any year within 90 days nor more than ninety (90) days before of the expiry date date, either Party shall advise the other in writing of its desire to amend this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 42.01 34.01 This Agreement agreement shall be become effective from April as of January 1, 2020, 2021 and shall remain in full force and effect until March 31the 31st day of December, 2025, 2024 and thereafter from year to year, but year thereafter unless notice of intention to terminate or amend this agreement is given by either party may, not more than ninety (90) days nor less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date termination of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofsaid agreement.

Duration. 42.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from on April 121, 20202016, and shall remain continue in full force and effect until March 31midnight April 20, 2025, and thereafter from year to year, but 2019. Unless either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more shall notify the other in writing of a desire to terminate or modify this Agreement no later than ninety (90) calendar days before of the expiry date of this Agreementset forth above, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or shall continue in effect in its entirety from year to year after April 20, 2016, and such failure of timely notice shall constitute an absolute and complete waiver of the right to negotiate a revision thereoffor the year following such failure.

Duration. 42.01 21.01 This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2020, 2007 and shall remain continue in full force until and effect up to and including March 31, 20252010. The Agreement shall automatically continue thereafter for periods of one year unless, and thereafter from year to year, but either party maydesires to modify or amend this Agreement, it shall give the other party notice, in writing, not less than thirty (30) days nor more earlier than ninety (90) calendar days before prior to the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.
