Common use of Distribution Agreement Clause in Contracts

Distribution Agreement. The Plan of Reorganization shall provide the AMFA- represented group with a distribution of UAL equity securities as provided in the amended distribution agreement described in Exhibit D to this Letter of Agreement.

Distribution Agreement. The Plan of Reorganization shall provide the AMFA- represented pilot group with a distribution of UAL equity securities as provided in the amended distribution agreement described in Exhibit D E to this Letter of Agreement.
