Database Rights. Database Rights" means any rights in databases under the laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction, whether registered or unregistered, and any applications for registration thereof.
Database Rights. Under the Database Rights included in JDSU Licensed IPR, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Lumentum) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.2), Sell, Service, and support Lumentum Licensed Products in the Lumentum Field.
Database Rights. Database Rights only extend to the Extraction and Re-utilisation of the whole or a Substantial part of the Contents. Database Rights can apply even when there is no copyright over the Database. Database Rights can also apply when the Contents are removed from the Database and are selected and arranged in a way that would not infringe any applicable copyright; and
Database Rights. Where the Licensed Rights include Sui Generis Database Rights that apply to Your Use of the Licensed Material, this ORC License grants You the right to extract, reuse, reproduce, and Use all or a substantial portion of the contents of the database, and if You include all or a substantial portion of the database contents in a database in which You have Sui Generis Database Rights, then the database in which You have Sui Generis Database Rights (but not its individual contents) shall constitute Adapted Licensed Material.
Database Rights. Under the Database Rights included in Seattle Licensed IPR, to engage in the Houston Licensed Activities, including in connection therewith, to extract data from the databases and data collections included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of any member of the Houston Group).
Database Rights. Under the Database Rights included in Licensed Conduent IPR, solely to extract data from the databases included therein and to use such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Xerox) solely to design, develop, make and have made (subject to Section 4.02), sell and support Xerox Products in the Xerox Field. The license set forth in this Section 4.01(c) shall expire upon expiration of the term of each licensed Database Right unless terminated earlier by operation of Law.
Database Rights. Under Database Rights included in Licensed Agilent IPR, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Keysight) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.2), sell and support Keysight Products in the Keysight Field.
Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights constituting Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Seller) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 4.2), sell and support (i) Seller Products in the Seller Field and (ii) Seller Products sold by Seller’s Operational Surveillance Business.
Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights in and to the Business Technology, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Verigy IP Sub) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 3.2), sell and support Verigy Products in the Verigy Field.
Database Rights. Under its and their Database Rights constituting Licensed Verigy IPR, to extract data from the databases included therein and to re-utilize such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Agilent) solely to design, develop, manufacture and have manufactured (subject to Section 4.2), sell and support Agilent Products in the Agilent Field.
