Advancement of Expenses. The Company shall advance all Expenses incurred by an Indemnitee. The advances to be made hereunder shall be paid by the Company to the Indemnitee as soon as practicable but in any event no later than five twenty (520) days after written demand by the Indemnitee therefor to the Company, which demand will include a statement or statements from the Indemnitee requesting such advance or advances from time to time and must include written evidence from third parties independent of and not connected with the Indemnitee to support the amount of such Expenses to be incurred.
