Admission of students. The PSA shall enroll any student who meets the age and residency requirements and who submits a timely application for enrollment. The PSA may not discriminate in its admission policies or practices on the basis of intellectual or athletic ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, gender, religion, or any other basis that would be illegal if used by a school district.

Admission of students. The IMC shall admit students to the School in accordance with the criteria as laid down in the School Development Plan.

Admission of students. All students fulfilling the diploma requirements and sufficient knowledge of English language, can be admitted by the Programme Board. Partner Universities are not allowed to have additional conflicting admission conditions for students admitted to the programme. The students will get an official letter of admission signed by the Registrar of Ghent University where the Coordination Office is located. A copy of this letter will be sent to the department responsible for enrolment of the institute receiving the student during his Study Pathway (first and second year). Enrolment is only official after paying the tuition fee by the student to the coordinator and after having performed all formalities (not conflicting with the joint programme regulations) for joining the first hosting partner. The coordinating university will share the final list of students with the partner universities. The coordinating university will transfer the agreed budget for covering enrollment costs to the partner university account where the student is enrolled.
Admission of students. The two institutions agree to nominate for the exchange program only students of good academic standing at the time of their nomination. It is understood that students participating in this exchange will have adequate linguistic competence. Students coming from the U of A must meet the admissions criteria for international students, as listed in the current WSU catalog, including any English proficiency requirements (… optional wording to require TOEFL or IELTS or screening by host institution, etc.). It is expected that WSU students will be able to take any courses which are offered in English at the U of A. Students from different disciplines can participate in this exchange and may take any course at the host institution for which they have the proper academic background. However, there shall be no obligation to admit students to courses in which there are strict admission restrictions at the host institution. The home institution shall inform the host institution of the names and addresses of its nominees five (5) months before the beginning of the semester. The necessary completed application forms will be sent to the host institution’s international office. Participation in the exchange does not constitute later admission as a regular student at the host institution.

ELIGIBLE COURSES Courses offered by TSTC are developed based on the guidelines published in the Workforce Education Course Manual (WECM) adopted by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) and must be in the approved course inventory of the College and approved for dual enrollment by the College’s applicable instructional department and TSTC’s Office of Dual Enrollment. Remedial or continuing education courses will not be offered for dual credit. TSTC does not offer concurrent enrollment to high school students, except where Individual Approval is met, as stated in TSTC’s Statewide Operating Standard (SOS) ES.4.07, Admission of Students.

Admission of students. The students that applied for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship category A and B (using the admission criteria, the letter of motivation and reference letters), after checking eligibility by the Coordinator, are pre-selected by the FIPDes Consortium Committee during its annual admission meeting (January- February). After pre-selection by the FIPDes Consortium Committee, the students are proposed to the EACEA for final selection. Minutes of the annual mid-term meeting in January are made and circulated to all Partners. The students finally selected on by the EACEA in March (category A and category B) will get an official letter of admission signed by the Coordinator. A copy of this letter will be sent to the department responsible for enrolment of the Institute / institution receiving the student. Information on students selected for the FIPDes MSc Course is forwarded to the Coordinator of the starting institute / institution. All admitted students can enrol under the conditions set for enrolment. Enrolment is only official after paying the subscription fee to the account of the Consortium. Students who enter the FIPDes MSc Programme may have only minor insufficient proficiency at the start of the Course. If they do, then they need to attend courses to overcome these deficiencies during the two years of the FIPDes MSc course.

The students finally selected on by the EACEA in May will get an official letter of admission signed by the Co-ordinator. A copy of this letter will be sent to the department responsible for enrolment of the Institute / institution receiving the student. Information on students selected for the EM-ABG MSc Course is forwarded to the co-ordinator of the starting institute / institution. Admission also depends on actual enrolment with respect to the set minimum and maximum numbers of students per institute / institution as a percentage of the total number of students in EM-ABG. All admitted students can enrol under the conditions set for enrolment. Enrolment is only official after paying the subscription fee to the account of the Consortium. Students who enter the EM-ABG MSc Course may have only minor deficiencies at the start of the Course. If they do, then they need to attend courses to overcome these deficiencies during their first year of the EM-ABG MSc course.

Students residing outside of the Regional School District may attend any of the schools in the District provided sufficient space is available as determined by the Regional District School Committee. At any time the Regional District School Committee may vote not to accept students residing outside the District.
