Access Fees. You will pay all service fees or other charges applicable to your access to and use of any of the Services. We will charge your Accounts for any service fees or other charges that apply at the time they are incurred. We will give you notice of these service fees and charges and may change them from time to time by providing you with prior notice. You acknowledge that these service fees or other charges are in addition to any other services fees or other charges that may apply to an Account. Unless we otherwise agree, any payment must be made in money which is legal tender at the time of payment.

Access Fees. The one-time access fee due according to Section 3 of the Agreement for each Outline described in Exhibit A-8, which shall be due and payable to Bitstream within thirty (30) days of delivery of each Outline, is as follows: None.
Access Fees. Access fees are a percentage of the savings generated by the discounts between the Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan and the provider. Some plans may charge up to 7.75% of savings generated by their discounts, up to $2,000 per claim, as a network access charge. If there are no savings from the discounts, there will be no access fee charged.

This fee shall be paid regardless of whether or not a passenger fare has been picked up while within the CVC. For the privilege of providing service to the Airport under the Washington Flyer trademark, the Contractor shall pay the Authority an Access Fee of $2.65 per recorded trip through the Arrivals or Departures Level by any taxicabs within the Contractor’s fleet. This fee shall be paid regardless of whether or not the taxicab is carrying a passenger. Each week the Authority will provide the Contractor with a detailed report of all trips by its fleet as recorded by the Authority’s (AVI) system. After the end of each month, the Authority will invoice the Contractor for all of that month’s taxicab trip activity as recorded by the AVI system. The Contractor shall collect the $2.65 per recorded trip from the taxicab operator incurring the Access Fee. The Contractor shall not discount the Access Fee or apply any surcharge to it. The Contractor shall only charge the taxicab operators for the trips reported by the Authority. The Access Fee is intended to cover the Authority’s costs associated with the AVI system, CVC, and airport taxi dispatch operation. The fee is subject to change by the Authority at the Authority’s sole discretion. The Contracting Officer will provide the Contractor with advance notice of any change to the Access Fee and the Contractor shall undertake reasonable measures to notify the taxicab operators.
