Xxxxxxx Trust definition

Xxxxxxx Trust means Xxxxxxx Group Capital Trust, a Delaware business statutory trust.

Xxxxxxx Trust means the Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Revocable Trust dated December 27, 1998, as amended, or any permitted successor-in-interest to some or all of its Membership Interest.
