Works Specification definition

Works Specification means the technical specification for the Works attached in Schedule 3.
Works Specification means the risk assessment and structural analysis prepared by a perit having due regard to the Second Schedule which is referred to the contractor for the preparation of the method statement.
Works Specification means the specifications and drawings (as listed) describing the Works all as annexed to this Agreement at Appendix I and provided by the Developer to the Tenant pursuant to Clause 3.5.

Works Specification means the specification attached at Schedule 2. 2.
