Vested Shares definition

Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.
Vested Shares means any portion of the Restricted Stock subject to this Agreement that is and has become vested pursuant to this Section 2.
Vested Shares means Common Shares to which the holder of the Restricted Share Units becomes entitled upon vesting thereof in accordance with Section 2 or 3 hereof.

Examples of Vested Shares in a sentence

  • If you cease to perform services for the Company or any Subsidiary due to your death, your estate, or the person who acquires the Option by will or the laws of descent and distribution or otherwise by reason of your death, may exercise the Option at any time during the period ending on the earlier to occur of (i) the date that is one year following your death, or (ii) the Expiration Date, but only to the extent the Option was exercisable for Vested Shares as of the date of your death.

  • Per the Stock Option Agreements, you will have three (3) months following the Separation Date to exercise the Unexercised Vested Shares.


More Definitions of Vested Shares

Vested Shares means those Shares in respect of which an Award Vests.
