VAT Records definition

VAT Records means any and all records or documents of the Business which under any relevant VAT Legislation are required to be preserved after Completion;
VAT Records means such records relating to the Business Assets as are required to be preserved after Completion pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6 schedule 11 Value Added Tax Xxx 0000.
VAT Records means all records relating to the Business of the Vendor referred to in Section 49 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 and equivalent records in any jurisdiction other than the United Kingdom;
