Books and Records means all books, records, board minutes, contracts, licenses, insurance policies, environmental audits, business plans, files, computer files, computer discs and other data and software storage and media devices, accounting books and records, financial statements (actual and pro forma), filings with Governmental Authorities and any and all records and instruments relating to the Collateral or otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or the realization thereupon.
Books and Records means all books, records, papers and files of the Company including research and development records, sales and advertising materials, purchase and sales correspondence, trade association files, lists of customers and suppliers, personnel and employment records, personal information (as such term is defined under applicable privacy laws), accounting and financial records and the minute and share certificate books of the Company, in whatever form including electronic, digital and other computer-related media, and all copies, recordings and archives of the foregoing.

More Definitions of Books and Records
Books and Records means all books and records, ledgers, employee records, customer lists, files, correspondence, and other records of every kind (whether written, electronic, or otherwise embodied) owned or controlled by a Person in which a Person’s assets, the business or its transactions are otherwise reflected, other than stock books and minute books.
Books and Records means books and records of the Borrowers, including financial, corporate, operations and sales books, records, books of account, sales and purchase records, lists of suppliers and customers, formulae, business reports, plans and projections and all other documents, logs, surveys, plans, files, records, assessments, correspondence, and other data and information, financial or otherwise, and all aircraft manuals, log books and other documents and records, including all data and information stored on computer-related or other electronic media.
Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(m).
Books and Records means any and all books, records, files, maps, plans, documents, papers, accounts, estimates, returns and other data of whatsoever nature and whether or not created, recorded or maintained in a document;
