Unit Certificate definition

Unit Certificate means a certificate evidencing the rights and obligations of the Corporation and a Holder with respect to the number of Units specified on such certificate.
Unit Certificate is defined in Section 7.2.
Unit Certificate means a Certificate issued to the Applicant under the said Scheme, evidencing the number of Units issued to the person(s) named therein.

More Definitions of Unit Certificate

Unit Certificate means a certificate, in the form approved by the Trustee, evidencing one or more Units, issued and certified in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Trust;
