Services Agreement definition

Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:

Services Agreement. “Agreement” “Contract” means the contract for services that will be issued to formalize with the successful Proponent through negotiation process with the City based on the proposal submitted and will incorporate by reference the Request for Proposals, any addenda issued, the Proponent’s response and acceptance by the City.

More Definitions of Services Agreement

Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Services Agreement means any present or future agreements, either written or oral, between Covered Entity and Business Associate under which Business Associate provides services to Covered Entity which involve the use or disclosure of PHI, and all such agreements shall be collectively referred to as the “Services Agreement.” Each Services Agreement is amended by and incorporates the terms of this BAA.

Services Agreement means (i) the applicable order for the Services you have purchased from Oracle; (ii) the applicable master agreement referenced in the applicable order, and (iii) any applicable service specifications or descriptions.
