Transfer Agents definition

Transfer Agents means the Transfer Agents referred to above and such further or other Transfer Agent or Agents as may be appointed from time to time hereunder either generally or in relation to a specific Series of Notes.

Transfer Agents means the persons (including the Registrar) referred to as such in the Conditions or any Successor Transfer Agents in each case at their specified offices;

• The Issuer may, subject to the Conditions, from time to time with the approval of the Trustee, the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent, the Transfer Agents and the Registrar promulgate regulations concerning the carrying out of transactions relating to Registered Notes and the forms and evidence to be provided.

More Definitions of Transfer Agents

Transfer Agents means, in relation to a Series of Registered Securities, the entity or entities appointed as such under the Agency Agreement and as specified in the Issue Terms.

Transfer Agents means, in relation to all or any Series of the Notes, the several institutions at their respective specified offices initially appointed as transfer agents in relation to such Notes by the Issuer pursuant to the Agency Agreement and/or, if applicable, any Successor transfer agents in relation thereto;

Transfer Agents means the Transfer Agents appointed under the Agency Agreement; and
