Tranche A Loans definition

Tranche A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to the Tranche A Commitment.

Tranche A Loans means as specified in Section 2.1(a).

• The Borrower may elect different options with respect to different portions of the affected Borrowing, in which case each such portion shall be allocated ratably among the Lenders of the same Class comprising such Borrowing, and the Tranche A Loans, Tranche B Loan and Tranche C Loan, as the case may be, comprising each such Type shall be considered a separate Borrowing.

• The Borrower shall repay to the Lenders holding Tranche A Loans on the Applicable Maturity Date for Tranche A Loans the aggregate Principal Amount of the Tranche A Loans on such date in full, together with all accrued and unpaid interest, fees, costs and other Obligations and amounts owed to any Agent or any Lender, in each case, on the Tranche A Loans.

• Section 2.26 of the Credit Agreement shall apply for the benefit of the Incremental Euro Term Loans as if the Incremental Euro Term Loans were the Tranche A Loans referred to therein.

More Definitions of Tranche A Loans

Tranche A Loans means loans made pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(i).

Tranche A Loans means the term loans made by the Lenders to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to clause (a)(i) of Section 2.01 of this Agreement. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term “Tranche A Loans” shall include any Incremental Term Loans that are designated as such in the applicable Incremental Assumption Agreement and that are made on terms identical to the Tranche A Loans.
