Training Equipment definition

Training Equipment means apparatus used in the provision of martial arts instructional services;
Training Equipment means all of the Emergency Services training simulators, equipment, props, and other personal property located at the Evans Municipal Operations Center, 1948 40th Street, Evans, Colorado, owned or leased by the City or the City's Fire
Training Equipment means a nondisposable, reusable item used for the training of patient care skills in a program accredited or approved under sections 19a-178b-1 through 19a-178b-6, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. (Added effective August 15, 2000.)

Training Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04.
Training Equipment means all of the Emergency Services training simulators, equipment, props, and other personal property located at the Evans Municipal Operations Center, 1948 40th Street, Evans, Colorado, owned or leased by the City or the City's FireRescue Department as of the Organization Date, or that are purchased or leased by the City during the Transition Period, including the two-story fire simulator, propane tanks and related piping and equipment, confined space props, flammable liquid pit, and all other simulators, equipment, props, and other personal property, which the City's Fire Rescue Department or Fire District uses for Emergency Services simulation and training.
Training Equipment means new or unused articles, implements, machinery or utensils purchased on or after the 1st April, 1983, and, in the opinion of the Commissioner, used by the taxpayer exclusively for the purpose of providing trade training for persons who are or will be employed by him or her or an associated company in connection with the taxpayer’s mining operations or those of the associated company.
Training Equipment means the equipment identified as such in Exhibit C hereto to be acquired or leased by the Educational Institution in connection with the SKILL Project.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.
