Time of Completion definition

Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date
Time of Completion means the date within which the work under the contract is required to be completed satisfactorily in accordance with the specifications, drawings etc., including all extra items required to be executed for satisfactory completion of the work and including all extension of time duly granted by the KSEDC.
Time of Completion means the time within which completion of the Facilities as whole (or of a part of the Facilities where a separate Time for completion of such part has been prescribed) and Taking Over by the employer is to be attained in accordance with the stipulations in the CC and the relevant provisions of the Contract.

  • Except to the extent of damages liquidated for the Contractor’s failure to achieve timely completion as set forth in Article 46, Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages, the Principal Representative shall be responsible for, and at his or her option may insure against, loss of use of any existing property not included in the Work, due to fire or otherwise, however caused.

More Definitions of Time of Completion

Time of Completion means the time for completing the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 8.2 [Time for Completion], as stated in the Appendix to Tender (with any extension under Sub Clause 8.4 [Extension of Time for Completion]), calculated from the Commencement Date.
Time of Completion means the time schedule within which completion of the work (equipment and services) as a whole as per provision of Contract.
