Third Party Event definition

Third Party Event has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.03(b) hereof.
Third Party Event means an event organised by a Third Party in respect of which the NT is acting as ticketing agent only.
Third Party Event has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • This facility may be refused by the NT in the case of a Third Party Event or an Outside Performance.
