The Report is based solely on the Property and is not to be relied upon in any manner whatsoever when considering the valuation or condition of any other property.
If certain minor matters are mentioned in the Report it should not be assumed that the Property is free of other minor defects.
The Surveyor shall provide a Market Value of the Property, unless the condition of the Property is such that it would be inappropriate to do so.
