Tender Documents definition

Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).
Tender Documents means the documents identified as such in Part A - Introduction;

  • The bidder will submit 2% Bid Security of estimated cost of each item as mentioned in Tender Documents, in theform of BankDraft/BankGuarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank.

More Definitions of Tender Documents

Tender Documents means these Terms, the Transfer and Trading Surrender Tender Rules and each applicable Tender Invitation Notice, Surrender Offer, Offer Withdrawal Notification and Acceptance Notification;
Tender Documents means any documents, including any Letters of Clarification, that you have submitted to us either in response to an invitation to tender with a view to obtaining this Contract and/or where you are seeking authority from us under this Contract (including authority to carry out specified work or any allocation of Matter Starts);
Tender Documents means the General and Special Conditions of Contract (10.8) and tender specification (10.9).
Tender Documents means those documents referred to in Sub-Clause 3.1 [Contents of Tender Documents], which have been issued to the Tenderer as part of this tender process and any addenda, clarification letters, notices or other communications issued by the Employer in connection with this tender process.
Tender Documents means the documents listed in section iii of these Instructions to Bidders.
Tender Documents means the General Conditions of Contract (19.8) and Tender Specifications (19.9).
