Note Documents definition

Note Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees and this Indenture.

Note Documents. Means the Equipment Notes with respect to the Applicable Certificates and, with respect to any such Equipment Note, the Indenture and the Participation Agreement relating to such Equipment Note.

Note Documents means the Indenture, the Notes and the Security Documents.

Examples of Note Documents in a sentence

• Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all payments by Issuer under the Note Documents shall be made to the respective Purchaser to which such payments are owed, at such Person’s office in immediately available funds on the date specified herein.

• From and after the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, this Amendment is a “Note Document” as defined and described in the Note Purchase Agreement, and all of the terms and provisions of the Note Purchase Agreement relating to Note Documents shall apply hereto.

• No Indemnified Person shall be liable for any damages arising from the use by unintended recipients of any information or other materials distributed by it through telecommunications, electronic or other information transmission systems in connection with this Agreement or the other Note Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

• The rights and remedies of Collateral Agent and the Purchasers under this Agreement and the other Note Documents are cumulative.

• The obligation of Issuer in Section 12.2(a) and (b) to reimburse and indemnify each Purchaser and Collateral Agent, the withholding provision in Section 2.5 hereof, the confidentiality provisions in Section 12.8 below and Exhibit B of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Note Documents and the payment in full of the Obligations hereunder.

Note Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees, the Notes Collateral Documents and this Indenture.

Note Documents. Means the Equipment Notes with respect to the Applicable Certificates and, with respect to any such Equipment Note, (i) the Indenture and the Participation Agreement relating to such Equipment Note, and (ii) in the case of any Equipment Note related to a Leased Aircraft, the Lease relating to such Leased Aircraft.

Note Documents means this Indenture, the Notes and the Security Documents.

Note Documents means this Indenture, the Securities, the Note Guarantees, the Intercreditor Agreements and the Collateral Documents.

Note Documents. Means, collectively, the Participation Agreements, the Indentures, each Indenture Supplement (as defined in any Indenture), each Manufacturer’s Consent (as defined in any Indenture) and the Equipment Notes.

Note Documents means the Indenture, the Notes, the Note Security Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Note Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Note Obligations to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Note Documents. Means, with respect to the Certificates of any series, the Equipment Notes with respect to such Certificates and, with respect to such Equipment Notes, the related Indenture, Note Purchase Agreement and, if the related Aircraft is leased to the Company, the related Lease and the related Owner Trustee’s Purchase Agreement.
