Systems definition

Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

Systems means any: (i.) computer programs, including, but not limited to, software, firmware, application programs, operating systems, files and utilities; (ii.) supporting documentation for such computer programs, including, without limitation, input and output formats, program listings, narrative descriptions and operating instructions; (iii.) data and/or media; (iv.) equipment, hardware, servers, and/or devices; and/or (v.) network(s).

Systems means all computer hardware, databases, software, backups, devices, consumables, firmware, peripheral equipment, networks (internal and external), communications systems and other equipment of any nature;

More Definitions of Systems

Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

Systems means the software, hardware, servers, hosting facilities, systems and other information technology infrastructure and assets used or relied on by or for the benefit of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Systems shall include the Company Software.

Systems means the refined petroleum product, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquid and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations, storage facilities, terminals, processing plants and other related operations, assets, machinery and equipment that are owned by the Company or Parent or any of their Subsidiaries, as applicable, and used for the conduct of the business of the Company or Parent or any of their Subsidiaries as presently conducted.

Systems means one or more interrelated and interdependent components such as databases, servers, networks, load balancers, web dispatchers, tenants, etc. which when taken as a whole are used to operate a tier. Each combination of components used within each tier is equivalent to one System.
