Supporting Documentation definition

Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this
Supporting Documentation means documents that validate expense claims to include, but not limited to the following:
Supporting Documentation means a memorandum to the board containing a request for reimbursement and explanation of the reason for the expense. All receipts for which reimbursement is sought and a travel claim must be attached to the memorandum.

  • Any revision by the City of Supporting Documentation provided to the Company that causes the Company to substantially redesign and/or substantially change its plans regarding new or modified service to City facilities shall be deemed good cause for a reasonable extension of time to complete the Relocation under this Franchise.

Supporting Documentation means sufficient information in writing to enable the Customer to reasonably to assess whether the Call Off Contract Charges, Reimbursable Expenses and other sums due from the Customer under this Call Off Contract detailed in the information are properly payable. GENERAL PROVISIONS This Call Off Schedule 3 details: the Call Off Contract Charges for the Services under this Call Off Contract; and the payment terms/profile for the Call Off Contract Charges; the invoicing procedure; and the procedure applicable to any adjustments of the Call Off Contract Charges.
