General Provisions definition

General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;

General Provisions. General Provisions are instructions pertaining to contracts in general. They contain, in summary, requirements of laws of the State, policies of the Agency, and instructions to vendors.

  • All subcontracts for professional services shall include the provisions included in Attachment A, General Provisions, and any provisions required by law.

  • Terms and conditions governing the use of work authorizations are set forth in Attachment A, General Provisions, Article 1.

More Definitions of General Provisions

General Provisions shall have the meaning given to such term in Article 3 hereof.
