Supply Period definition

Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;
Supply Period means the period from the start date to the end date;
Supply Period as set out in the Schedule or as otherwise extended pursuant to Clause 4.1.

  • During the Supply Period, the Licensee shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to, and subject to APR timely fulfill all Purchase Orders of the Licensee, maintain a safety stock of Products for each Sale Unit equal to three times the monthly moving average of the trailing six months of ETON, its Affiliates or its sublicensees’ sellout.

  • During the Supply Period, APR shall be responsible for maintaining its agreement with its existing or future contract manufacturers for the Product.


More Definitions of Supply Period

Supply Period means: (i) the initial period commencing on the Supply Date and ending on the Contract End Date; (ii) any new period as set out in the Renewal Details; or (iii) any adjusted Supply Period under clause 2.2.
