Substitute Personnel definition

Substitute Personnel means suitably qualified individuals of Vendor's choosing designated to replace any Vendor Personnel.
Substitute Personnel means any substitute provided as replacement of Designated Personnel at any position as per conditions specified in Terms of Reference of this Tender Document.
Substitute Personnel. Means the activities or duties specified in the Schedule to this Agreement or detailed in a Works Order. Means any person or entity employed or engaged by the Sub-Contractor from time to time to perform any of the Services.

Examples of Substitute Personnel in a sentence

  • At the end of each week of an Assignment, the Sub-Contractor shall deliver to the Client a timesheet duly completed to indicate the number of hours worked by the Sub-Contractor and any Substitute Personnel during the preceding week and request that it be signed by an authorised representative of the Client.

  • Substitute and temporary employees shall receive the Substitute Personnel 6 rate of pay.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Training program means a standardized medication

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Approved Training means training undertaken in a traineeship and shall involve formal instruction, both theoretical and practical, and supervised practice in accordance with a traineeship scheme approved by the relevant state training authority or NETTFORCE. The training will be accredited and lead to qualifications as set out in subclause 5(e).

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
