Subsidiary Notes definition

Subsidiary Notes means promissory notes of the LP, a trust all of the units of which, or a corporation all of the shares of which, are owned directly or indirectly by the Trust or another entity that would be consolidated with the Trust under GAAP, having a maturity date and interest rate determined by the Trustees at the time of issuance;
Subsidiary Notes means promissory notes of the Partnership, a trust all of the units of which, or a corporation all of the shares of which, are owned directly or indirectly by the REIT or another entity that would be consolidated with the REIT under GAAP, having a maturity date, determined at the time of issuance, of not more than five years, bearing interest at a market rate determined by the Trustees at the time of issuance.
Subsidiary Notes means promissory notes of a Subsidiary Entity having a maturity date, determined at the time of issuance, of not more than five years, bearing interest at a market rate determined by the Trustees at the time of issuance;
