Senior Notes definition

Senior Notes means $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture on the Closing Date.
Senior Notes means the 123/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2011 issued by the Company pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture.
Senior Notes means (i) the 5.375% Senior Notes due 2024 of the Company in the original principal amount of $510,000,000 and (ii) the 5.75% senior notes due 2026 of the Company in the original principal amount of $400,000,000.

More Definitions of Senior Notes

Senior Notes means the Borrower’s 7-1/8% Senior Notes due 2013, issued pursuant to the Senior Note Indenture, as in effect on the Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Senior Notes means the U.S. Borrower's 9.375% Senior Notes due 2013 and 10.125% Senior Notes due 2013, in each case issued pursuant to the Senior Note Indentures and any notes issued by the U.S. Borrower in exchange for, and as contemplated by, the Senior Notes with substantially identical terms as the Senior Notes.
Senior Notes means the Senior 1.750% Notes, the Senior 2.250% Notes, the Senior 2.250% Notes due 2029, the Senior 2.875% Notes, the Senior 2.875% Notes due 2028, the Senior 3.5% Notes, the Senior 5.0% Notes and the Senior 5.000% Notes due 2027.
Senior Notes has the meaning assigned in the Recitals.
Senior Notes means the Senior Notes in an aggregate principal amount not less than $325,000,000 to be issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture.
