Subordinating Parties definition

Subordinating Parties means those parties providing unsecured loans to the Debtors, including LoanStars, Fisnik Bizati, Petrit Bizati, Nevzat Bizati and Destan Kupa who have agreed to subordinate recovery on their claims pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 510 until all allowed Class 4 General Unsecured Non-Priority Claims are paid in full.
Subordinating Parties means each of the subordinating parties to the Subordination Agreements.
Subordinating Parties means the Subordination Agreements from each of the Subordinating Parties, in form and content as set forth on Schedule "1.56" hereto.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.
