Contracting Parties definition

Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.
Contracting Parties means, on the one hand, the European Union or its Member States, or the European Union and its Member States, in accordance with their respective powers, and, on the other hand, Israel;

More Definitions of Contracting Parties

Contracting Parties means Contracting Parties to the Convention and its related Protocols, including the amended versions, if any, for which the Convention and the related Protocols and their respective amendments are in force.
