Sub-Contractors definition

Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.
Sub-Contractors means any person(s) or entity(ies) to whom the Bidder would sub-contract part of the Services in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement and the Technical Specifications.
Sub-Contractors means the person or persons, as the case may be, with whom the Developer has entered into any contract or agreement including but not limited to any designing, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance and / or management of the Project, Assets and Project Utilities or matters incidental thereto, but does not include a person who has entered into an agreement for providing financial assistance, and the term “Sub-Contract” shall be interpreted accordingly;

  • The Contractor shall hold the Government harmless and will freely indemnify the Government as to any cost/loss resulting from the unauthorized use or disclosure of any third-party proprietary information by its employees, the employees of SubContractors, or by its agents.

Sub-Contractors means and Designer where a Principal Designer is appointed, and/or a Contractor where a Principal Contractor is appointed.
