State Development and Redevelopment Plan means the State
State Development and Redevelopment Plan or “State Plan” means the plan prepared and adopted pursuant to the State Planning Act that sets forth Statewide planning policies and serves as the official blueprint for development and redevelopment in New Jersey. It is an expression of Statewide intent and articulates the planning policies that will be needed to reach the goals of the State Planning Act.
